In his opening remarks, Dr. Vu Quoc Anh, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Public Relations, expressed his deep gratitude for the presence of the Consul General of Canada in Ho Chi Minh City. To establish herself, she consistently took part in and led practical projects, demonstrating adaptability and effective problem-solving in multicultural environments. She emphasized that dedication, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire are key qualities that earned her trust in taking on significant leadership roles in diplomacy.
