Manage international cooperation programmes and activities by adhering to procedures for operation, reporting, inspection, supervision, summarization and evaluation.
Provide advice, develop, and submit the strategy, plans and proposals for international cooperation to Board of Directors/Board of Presidents for approval.
To serve as the focal point for promoting, seeking, and establishing new international relations in order to enhance the prestige of the University.
To serve as the focal point for monitoring, supervising and implementing the University’s international cooperation programmes and projects related to education and scientific research.
To serve as the focal point for organizing and implementing the QS Asia Rankings, and other rankings requested by the Board of Directors/Presidents.
To serve as the focal point for organizing, implementing and coordinating with other departments for international reception.
Coordinate with other departments within the University to organize staff and student exchange programmes.
Record the minutes of meetings between University leaders and international partners. Prepare conference content and international relations documents for submission to the Board of Directors/Presidents for signing.
Receive, draft, translate and send documents and emails related to the University's international relations activities.
Take primary responsibility for managing international students, coordinating with administrative units within the University.
Coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology and relevant departments to organize and participate in seminars, scientific conferences, conferences on international cooperation.
Coordinate the compilation and management of publications introducing the University to international guests; Handle the receipt of gifts from international guests and prepare gifts for them.
Coordinate with administrative units inside and outside the University to ensure that international guests' activities are convenient, safe and in accordance with regulations.
Assist lecturers and staff of the University with necessary procedures for traveling abroad, including contacting partners, obtaining visas.
Prepare and manage the programme, content and schedule for international delegations, organize the reception of international guests in accordance with current regulations.
In charge of the University's English Website.
Participate in the development and management of the University's international brand and image.
Manage and archive information, records and documents related to international cooperation in accordance with regulations.
Facilitate the commercialization of educational products and scientific and technological products.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Presidents.
