Faculty of Business Administration


The Faculty currently offers high-quality training at the Doctoral, Master's, and Bachelor's levels. Prior to September 2021, the Bachelor's program included majors in Business Administration, Marketing, and International Business. Since September 2021, it has been restructured to include majors in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with multiple study formats such as full-time, articulation, and second-degree programs. The Faculty of Business Administration currently has 113 staff members, lecturers, and academic support personnel involved in training across all levels. The academic team comprises 1 Professor, 2 Associate Professors, 16 PhD holders, 92 Master's degree holders, and 2 Bachelor's degree holders.

The overarching goal is to establish the Faculty of Business Administration as a leading and reputable institution in education, research, and consulting within the field of Business Administration. The Faculty aims to develop a highly specialized teaching and administrative team with strong research capabilities and ensure that its academic offerings align with regional higher education standards while approaching global trends in advanced education.

Business Administration Train graduates in Business Administration to possess strong political awareness and ethical standards, along with solid professional knowledge, practical skills, and research capabilities to meet the needs of socio-economic development. Graduates will be equipped for strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving aligned with managerial demands. They will be able to work independently and creatively, demonstrate a strong sense of professional responsibility, maintain good health to fulfill job requirements, and adapt effectively to a global working environment. - Apply both fundamental and advanced knowledge of business administration to address issues related to business management and enterprise operations.

Graduates will also develop research capabilities to meet the demands of socio-economic development, maintain good health for work, demonstrate a deep understanding of individuals and organizations, and show the ability to work independently and creatively. They will be well-prepared to adapt to rapid changes in both domestic and international business environments. - Apply fundamental and advanced knowledge of human resource management to solve problems, provide relevant information, and make effective decisions in HR practices within organizations.

Graduates will be equipped with solid professional knowledge, practical skills, and research capabilities in areas such as material requirements planning, procurement, inventory control, material handling, packaging, and transportation. They will be able to work independently, demonstrate professional responsibility, and communicate and collaborate effectively in English. - Possess foundational knowledge of politics, law, science, and society to understand legal frameworks and international practices, contributing to sustainable societal development; demonstrate IT proficiency to meet the operational demands of supply chains.

STUDENT ASSESSMENT
At HUTECH, a variety of assessment methods are used to be constructively aligned to achieving the programme learning outcomes and course learning outcomes as well as the teaching and learning objectives: essays, assignments, examination, projects, portfolio, presentation, write thesis, etc.
The assessments methods are used to include rubrics, marking schemes, timelines, and regulations, and these are shown to ensure validity, reliability, and fairness in assessment. The assessment standards and procedures for student progression and degree completion and assessment-appeal policies are communicated to students, and applied consistently.
